The Prince & The Proper remains the sole and exclusive owner and holder of the copyright of all downloaded content and the images may not be transferred or sold in any form to a third party. 

You may not redistribute The Prince & The Proper images or sell them as your own. The images cannot be resold in other forms. For example, The Prince & The Proper images can be used on your website or social media platforms to market your graphic designs, but cannot be resold as your own digital product.

Once a purchase of a digital image from The Prince & The Proper has been made, the buyer understands that the image comes with a non-exclusive limited use license. This license allows for personal or professional use (online and in-print) for the buyer's business.

With that said, The Prince & The Proper does encourage and allow you to manipulate the colors of these mockup images to best suit your brand aesthetic. To maximize your purchase, you can also rotate and/or crop into these images to create detail shots of specific areas within the images.

Purchaser acknowledges that The Prince & The Proper does not make any representations or assurances of non-infringement and does not make claim to have received releases from any brands, designers or manufacturers  for use of products or logos portrayed in these images. Purchaser agrees that The Prince & The Proper shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of any of the content provided. The Prince & The Proper shall not be liable for any claims related to, or resulting from, the Purchaser's use of the images, which may or may not have been modified by your, the Purchaser, or combined with your personal content.

 

File Specifications

Instant digital downloads include high-resolution JPG files (for use with any graphics program) and PSD files (for use with Adobe Photoshop CC) containing a smart object layer for quick mock ups on rectangular print panels, excluding envelopes.
